1ኛ የጴጥሮስ መልእክት 2:9 : "እናንተ ግን ከጨለማ ወደሚደነቅ ብርሃኑ የጠራችሁን የእርሱን በጎነት እንድትናገሩ የተመረጠ ትውልድ፥ የንጉሥ ካህናት፥ ቅዱስ ሕዝብ፥ ለርስቱ የተለየ ወገን ናችሁ"

Our church encourages those, who believe in Christ Jesus, got saved and finished the discipleship coarse to go further and minister according to the Grace given by the Spirit.

Indeed we do not believe that getting into church ministry is the exact response neither to the love that has been bestowed upon us by the father nor to our getting saved through the work of His son Jesus but ministering in church for any believer is

• the purpose in which he or she were called and elected
• the way where a believer can grow rooted downward
• a reward at the end of the road
  

So the church has established different fields of ministries where the members can minister according to the grace each one has and the church has seen many of her fruits.

The church have a vision where by giving more teachings, that the people of God will come into a different and diverse understanding of the ways of God in which they will be more willing to increase their time of ministering and diversify also in God's Work.
